It is difficult to guess what would be coming out next from Oppo's stables as it has produced some great and some not-so-great smartphones. That does not take away the fact that Oppo tries to bring something unique to the package is a trait worth admiration. So, what is it that Oppo brings to the U3? For starters, it has brought a comparatively smaller smartphone named U3 or at least it looks like that from the outside.

On the display front, the Oppo U3 sports a 5.9-inch screen which throws out 1920x1080 pixels resolution, making the device a phablet. As far as the OS is concerned, the U3 comes with Android 4.4.4 KitKat and it also can support two SIM cards as well. On the processor front, the Oppo U3 comes with a 1.7GHz octa-core processor and it is made by MediaTek. The processor is accompanied by 2GB RAM and there is 16GB internal storage available on the U3 which can be expanded up to 128GB via the use of a microSD card. The battery size is 3000mAh on Oppo U3 while it sports a 13-megapixel rear camera and a 5-megapixel snapper up front. Add to that the fact that it costs less than the LG Google Nexus 5 and sports great build quality too. What more can you ask for from a smartphone maker that always brings something unique to the fray?
