Xiaomi is that one Chinese smartphone manufacturer, which boasts of a massive success and fan following in Indian smartphone market. New leaks have surfaced on the Internet regarding the new device called Xiaomi Mi4c. A variant of Mi4i, this handset is touted to be much more powerful than the original international variant of the device. This is a brief overview of the same device for the benefit of our readers.
Design
The design of the Xiaomi Mi4c is expected to be the same as that of the Mi4i, which was quite attractive to say the least. It is expected that the handset will boast of a slim polycarbonate body that is extremely light. Moreover, the handset will feature the same non removable battery and non expandable storage chassis.
Display
The Chinese handset maker has equipped the new handset with a modest 5 inch display for all intent and purpose. However, the resolution of the handset has been pegged at full HD viz. 1920 x 1080 pixels. The size of the display combined with stunning resolution makes for a brilliant display with higher pixel density.
Performance and Battery Life
The leaked renders on the Internet showed that the new device comes with Snapdragon 808 processor with 6 cores and a clock speed of 1.4 GHz. Furthermore, the RAM of 2GB ensures that the handset is performing at its best all the time without any lag or stutter. The rear panel of the handset accommodates a 3000 mAh battery that can last a day on mixed usage.
Camera Technology
The new handset is expected to come with a powerful 13 Megapixel primary camera on its rear panel with a host of integrated photo enhancement features. On the other hand, the front panel of the device features a 5 Megapixel selfie snapper.
Connectivity
The handset offers both 4G LTE and 3G connectivity to its users and is quite fast when it comes to Internet browsing. Other connectivity options on the handset is quite standard with Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, USB Type-C and GPS.
Verdict
As it is, Xiaomi Mi4i was already a powerful handset that has been flying off the shelves ever since it has been launched in India. Now the handset maker has gone ahead and beefed up an already impressive device and launched the Mi4c. The handset if priced right is bound to sell really well.
